All Kincaid Karacter Puppet Shows are performed live, with no pre-recorded dialogue. The puppets talk directly to the audience members, calling them by name, asking them questions, and involving them in the show.

Each Kincaid Karacter Puppet Show is presented in a classic "19th Century" style and is built are around a specific artistic, historical, and/or cultural theme.
